HPIP has partnered with Manzanita Partners and USI, Courtesy-Burnham for a spectacular training opportunity at The Jones House. The Jones House is a structure currently in development that will be ready for occupancy in 2020. The outlined goals of this duplex are to achieve a Net Zero Energy, high performance building that is material and labor efficient to construct with low maintenance and repair requirements over the life of the building. The Jones House will be adapted to Northwest weather and constructed to last into the next century with thoughtful design for the residents, community and owner. HPIP is grateful to be invited to take part in this incredible project!
