It’s no secret that trade industries have been dealing with a shortage of labor, causing issues with project delays and quality of work. High Performance Insulation Professionals has developed a solution to assist the insulation and weatherization industry in closing this labor gap. HPIP is proud to present the High Performance Recruiter (HP Recruiter).
This tool has been designed specifically with the insulation industry in mind. A place specifically for contractors to post their open positions for qualified workers, and where individuals specifically seeking careers in insulation can view their opportunities in this industry on a national scale.
The intention of the HP Recruiter is to work towards closing the labor shortage gap in the insulation industry. Contractors will have the ability to post job openings as needed, which will only be visible to HPIP job seekers.
The HP Recruiter is only available to HPIP Contractors and Industry Professionals.
