ConSol, Wise and High Performance Insulation Professionals (HPIP) have partnered to offer training and certification to California Insulation Contractors as a part of the Workforce Instruction for Standards and Efficiency (WISE) Program. Both organizations aim to encourage code compliance and train a new generation of skilled workers in energy efficient residential building techniques and best practices.
HPIP provides live insulation training workshops across the country. Training events include one day of classroom instruction from industry professionals and a half day of hands-on demonstration and instruction. Accredited coursework and corresponding exams are available post-event for certified contractors working toward earning their High Performance Insulation Certification. These exams are easily accessible through HPIP’s online learning management system (LMS).
